[SOLVED] Error Can not Sign in Windows 8 and Direct Sign Out

I have experienced can not sign into Windows 8 . When welcome process we direct  sign out  . This is due to many things .myself experienced this error since installing the graphics driver is not compatible with windows 8.1 OS. May also have to install other programs that are not compatible with Windows OS .Finally my pc back to normal and no reinstall. My PC errors are caused by the graphics driver installed . Means the problem is in the driver . We must remove existing drivers in its system . I use a Linux Live CD or  you can  using Vista PE  or DVD Win XP Mini  
1 . Uses a Linux boot LIVE DVD or mini- DVD win XP . 
2 . Then go to the hard drive that contains the Windows system files error 
3 . Go to the folder C : windows \ system32 \ drivers . 
4 . Please find the problematic file and delete it. Because the graphics driver error then the file is deleted igdkmd64.sys ( Intel ® HD graphics files windows 8 64bit ) igdkmd32.sys ( Intel HD Graphics Driver files windows 8 32bit ) 
5 . Restart and boot directly from the hard drive 
6 . Done .
